A. Preparation and review of Engineering Drawings :

1. Site survey is done before preparation of final drawing

2. Ensure that the drawing is prepared as per requirement of statutory authorities

3. Drawings shall be with zero deviations.

4. Raising NFA and getting drawing approval for infra and augmentation works.

5. Making PESO applications and getting licence after completion of the work.

B. Construction of facilities at the Retail :

1. Ensuring kick off meetings/site visits and inspection as required

2. Ensure that the facilities at the Retail Outlet are constructed as per the approved drawings,

3. Engineering Manual and standards/SOPs

4. Ensure that the quality of material being used at the Construction site is as per EOL standards.

5. Ensure that the material such as tanks, dispensers, tyre inflator, totem, etc are ordered from our registered Vendor only. The MIS to be given on weekly basis to the HO.

6. Material plaing to be done in advance and intimated/arranged

C. Standardization :

1. Ensure that the facilities are constructed as per the drawing only

2. Ensure all SOPs and standards are complied while planning,designing,constructing the RO.

3. Guide the field team and the Franchisees on getting the ROs standardized.

4. Provide estimated NC for the proposed Retail Outlets before LOI and getting sign off.

5. Provide the actual NC for the constructed ROs

6. Prepare the TS documents as per the requirements

D. Maintenance :

1. Ensure the correct NC is included in the TS

2. Ensure minimum downtime of all the dispensers and other items owned by the company.

3. Liaison with OEMs for timely and quality response to complaints.

4. Facilitate Franchisees to tie up for AMC's.

E. Training :

1. Training Franchisee /Fes on RO operations, Engineering activities, construction, equipment- s, material, quality work, & safety

2. Inspection of Retail Outlets - during and after construction :

3. Inspect under construction ROs at required milestones.

4. Carry out Engineering Inspection of the Retail Outlets to check for Facilities, Safety.

5. Carry out Asset Verification Inspection of Retail Outlets

6. Making RO ready for commissioning and OTP . liquidating punch points timely

F. Development of local contractors / vendors : Develop new Vendors for equipment supply.

G. Coordination : Coordination with vendors/franchisees/HO/filed teams.
