Engineer/Senior Engineer - Design - Manufacturing Firm (2-6 yrs)
Urgent Requirement for Design Engineers @ Faridabad based reputed European manufacturing MNC.
Position: Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Design
No. of Position: 5 Nos.
Job Location: Faridabad (Delhi/NCR)
Company: A well reputed 70+ years old European Manufacturing MNC.
Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: 2 Years to 6 Years.
Ideal candidates candidates should be comes from sheet metal manufacturing industries i.e Valve manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, Instrumentation, or Computational Fluid dynamics equipment manufacturing industries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conversion of 2D drawings to 3D model in Autocad (mandatory), solid works etc.
- Re-validation of the designs e.g. Globe valve. Butterfly Valve etc.
- Core Designing Work including all the detail engineering, calculation and analysis through Engineering Practices.
- Modelling parts of Valve on 3 D and 2 D on Autocad / Solid Works based on the previously available models, customer requirement and standards.
- Good working knowledge in all major standards like API, ASTM, ASME, ISO, etc.
- Managing all the aspects of design & development department
- New product development.
- Bill of Material preparation and checking.
- FEA Analysis using Solid works Simulation.
- Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Analysis using Auto-cad / Solid works Simulation.
- Checking of General Assembly drawings (GAD).
- Segregation and Indexing of old drawings.
- Analytical calculations for Re-validation and New product development.
