1. To design the product as per RFQ finalization and customer requirement.
2. Interaction with Internal Team for Completing Product Design deliverables as per Product launch Process
3. Customer & Supplier interaction and visits to understand the requirements
4. Checking the 3D model & 2d drawings
5. Tolerance stack up Analysis.
6. Bench marking the product as per departmental target.
7. Supporting to Quality department for warranty issues.
8. Conduct DFMEA review.
9. Troubleshooting NPD products.
10. Lead the Team and complete the delivery as per the target date.
11. Understand the DVVP interact with customer and LAB.
12. APQP Support internal and customer

2. Preparing the DFMEA.
3. Customer & Supplier interaction & communication.
4 Preparing the 3D model & 2d drawings
5. Tolerance stack up Analysis.
6. Gate Documents completion.
7. Infraction with internal team till production.
8. Supporting to Quality Department
9. Monitoring the Validation as per DVVP Target.
10. APQP Support.
