Job Key Results Areas:

- Development and Installation of SMT Lines for new programs and current model engineering changes

- calibration and test equipments with error proof controls

- Responsible for process control and continuous process improvements (identification and implementation)

- Preparation of process sheets and other process documentation such as Process Flow, FMEA and Control plan for all processes.

- Responsible for in-process and end item quality, statistical process / quality control in all the shifts including Night shift.

- Analyse customer concerns & implement corrective actions

- Responsible for timely implementation of engineering changes on line.

- Spares and consumables management for manufacturing process (meeting target & improvements)

- Maintain Safe working environment

- Responsible for meeting daily production schedule, machine run-offs, PPAP, etc,

- Man management

- Implementation of Lean manufacturing

- Responsible to meeting scrap targets and scrap reduction

- Ample knowledge on PLC & Lab view concepts

Salary:INR 8,00,000 - 16,00,000 P.A.

- Understanding of lean mfg principles, TPM

- Knowledge for Various SMT Machines ( Reflow Oven,Wave Solder Machines, Placement Machines, Unstacker, Stencil screen printer, Automotic Pick & Place machines)

- Knowledge of Analysis software lilske Ansys & Matlab

- Knowledge of Drafting software like Auto cad,Auto desk inventor, SMT PPS programming.

- Knowledge of understanding Gerber & drawing of PCBAs

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication
