Engineer- Technical Services - Mechanical - EPC/Turnkey Projects (2-8 yrs)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent shall be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of air pollution
control equipment at various projects, with a focus on the following areas:
1. Main responsibility is to complete site and handover projects according to schedule to customer.
2. Maintain records of site activity/status and review them periodically.
3. Visit customer sites/offices for liaison OR issue resolution.
4. Supervising the installation and testing of instrumentation, mechanical and electrical components
5. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during installation and operation
6. Establish & maintain standards for site activities by implementing protocols & guidelines.
7. Ensure a safe working environment and supervise labor. Manage onsite labor contractors and payments to the same
8. Developing and sustaining good relationships with stakeholders in the project on the customer side.
9. Clock man-hours spent by the team at the site on each activity.
10. Support other functions with additional responsibilities from time to time.
SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE : Proven experience in site engineering or project management, preferably in the air pollution control industry.
