Engineer - Thermal Design (0-2 yrs)
JOB Description :
1) Carried out a thermal design analysis for ECU PCB & Casing.
2) Design heat sink for reliable operation of ECU.
3) Assist electronic and PCB designer for thermal challenges in designs.
4) System and PCB level thermal simulation for ECU.
5) Understand and benchmark the different material for casing and PCB on thermal point of view.
Required experience and skills :
1) Good know how of thermal design for PCB and casing design.
2) Excellent know how of different mode of heat transfer (Conduction, convection and radiation)
3) Good know how of Thermal Simulation Tool (Ansys Icepack, Mentor Graphic Flowtherm)
4) Strong in Physics and Maths.
5) Heat Sink design for ECUs.
6) Excellent documentation, reporting and communication skills.
7) A good team Player
Education Qualification :
B.E /B Tech / M Tech in Electronics /Electrical / Mechanical engineering.
