Our client is a globally respected, top company in the area of electronics. For their upcoming projects in India, they are looking for a diploma engineer with 0 to 2 years experience in field installations and wiring of automation and instrumentation projects (wiring, data logger installation and connecting to end equipment/PLC)

The selected individual:

- Would play a supporting role in project implementation activities

- Be part of the installation and commissioning team for deploying EMS systems for clients across industrial and commercial sectors along with other members of EMS teams/partners/contractor

KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES:

Essential:

- Basic understanding on wiring and cable selection

- Basic understanding on cable termination

- Basic knowledge on ferruling of cable

- Basic knowledge on lugs for cable

- Basic knowledge on PLC,HMI and SCADA

- Experience in implementation of automation projects and installation of energy meters, control panels, VFD's and other monitoring instruments

- Basic knowledge of PLC programming logic and fair understanding of networking and internet issues

Desirable:

- Technical component & connectivity expertise in PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFD's and knowledge in using various networking protocols

- Basic understanding about functionality of various utilities and process equipment's and knowledge on energy management, energy conservation and auditing concepts

- Basic knowledge on industrial IoT systems/platforms, cloud and enterprise solutions

Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Knowing Hindi and other regional language will be an asset

Travel: Must be willing and able to travel throughout the country and abroad (on need basis)

Computer skills: E-mail (Fully proficient), Internet (Fully proficient), Spreadsheets (Fully proficient), Word processing (Fully proficient), Proficiency in the MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project).
