- BE / Diploma 5-10 years experience in manufacturing Co able to handle below similar capacity equipment

- Monitoring Over all Operation & Maintenance of Steam Boilers, Water Treatments Plants, Effluent Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant, Screws Air Compressors (Oil Free), Centrifugal Chillers, Air Conditioning systems, Diesel Generators, Cooling Towers, High Pressure Water Distribution System, Propane &Natural Gas loading/unloading system, Fire Fighting Pumps.

- Centrifugal Chillers Capacity: 1000 TR 6 Nos, 600 TR 8 Nos. (Make Trane & Kirlosker)

- Boilers: Capacity:20 TPH 2 Nos.(Fire tube Boilers) (Make: Thermax)

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Exposure to Utilities maintenance including water system, DM Plant, boilers, DG sets, HVAC systems including cooling towers,, AHU, etc.

- Hands on experience with Static and rotating equipment such a DM Plant, boilers, DG sets, HVAC structures, etc.

- Good Engineering Practices Ability to verify & confirm technical specifications of entire spectrum of spares, able to modify the specifications as & when needed.

- Read Engg. Drawings, P& IDs. Performance evaluation of equipment/ systems.

- Exposure to ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 systems. Thorough exposure on work practices i.e work permits, report

The Operation Engineer is the part of Utility Operations & Maintenance team of Plant Maintenance dept. He will be responsible for the non-stop operation of the Utility systems within the plant. He will be required to be vigilant for Utilities supplied to Fibreglass winders, Batch & Furnace, Cake oven, Chemical preparation, Roving, Type 30& Fabrics areas. He needs to operate, monitor & control the same and in event of emergencies like Power outage, power dips, flood, etc. he will be the key person responsible to handle the entire plant Utility operations independently.

Deliverables & Key Responsibilities :

- He will be the available resource during shift and will attend to any problems related to Utility.

- He should know the operations/maintenance of all Utility equipment (Air compressors, Diesel Generating sets, DM plant, Boilers, etc.) including HVAC systems (cooling towers, chillers, dehumidifiers, pumps, AHU's etc.).

- Maintaining all process deliverable within defined standard limits.

- Monitoring of Utility operations, energy consumptions (natural gas, power, oxygen, nitrogen, water etc.)

- Planning & execution of Predictive, Preventive & Breakdown maintenance,

- Work as team member of the shift maintenance group & involve in the problem solving activities in plant.

- Should have basic knowledge regarding Estate/Facility maintenance.

Duties and Responsibility :

1. Operations & Maintenance of Utilities.

2. Fault diagnosis & rectification, technical skills for sound, cost effective & quality repairs/ overhauling with precision, troubleshooting of plant equipment issues, monitoring faults and take corrective actions as and when necessary.

3. Strong Fundamentals.

4. Erection, commissioning and start-up of Capital projects / Plant modification jobs.

5. Co-ordinate with plant & external agency for predictive, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and shutdown maintenance in a planned manner & prioritization.

6. Knowledge of equipment inspection and failure analysis.

7. Evaluate bidder's technical submittals, prepare recommendations, and respond to technical queries and clarification.

8. Ensure compliance with Company's ISO procedures.

9. Planning of duties, scheduling of contractor labour.
