Responsibilities :

- Lead the engineering team in designing and implementing high-quality, high-volume chemical plant design projects for US facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

- Manage the project from conception to completion, ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

- Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, construction, and operations, to ensure that project objectives are met.

- Supervise the development and implementation of project design specifications, drawings, and calculations.

- Develop/maintain processes and procedures for effective and efficient engineering deliverables with focus on 3D model usage.

- Ensure that all engineering work complies with the company's quality control standards.

- Hire, train, and mentor the engineering team, ensuring that they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

- Provide technical support and guidance to the team as needed.

- Provide technical leadership around continuous productivity improvement with engineering designs.

- Coordinate with US-based teams and clients to ensure project requirements are met, including maintaining effective communication channels to facilitate smooth project execution.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in chemical plant design and engineering, with a focus on high-quality, high-volume projects for US facilities.

- Excellent management and leadership skills.

- Strong knowledge of regulations and industry standards.

- Experience managing projects from conception to completion.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with engineering software and Microsoft Office.

- Ability to work well in a team environment
