Qualifications: Bachelors or Master degree in Electronics.

Experience: Min 9+ Yrs experience in relevant field with min 05 years- experience in Project Management role.

Expected Job Role:

- Managing development of Power Electronics Product like Variable Frequency Drives, Static Frequency Converters, Soft Starters, DC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters, UPS, Battery Chargers, etc for high Power applications.

- Creating the Product road map based on market knowledge, customer requirement and identifying future Customer needs.

- Formulate individual Product specifications, testing and compliance requirements, development budgets and timelines.

- Resource Planning and allocation for execution of projects including tools & tackles

- Create, maintain and execute development plans encompassing Product specification requirements, compliance/traceability, Hardware/ Software development, Validation and Verification, Release planning, Integration and testing.

- Manage and resolve project risks and issues. Ensuring the project is delivered in a cost effective and timely manner meeting the required quality level.

- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, especially defence standards.

- Managing and communicating project schedules/timelines, problem resolution progress and customer expectations to internal and external Stakeholders.

- Customer interaction and onsite visits for feasibility studies, technical discussions,

Technical competency:

- Proficiency in Design of IGBT / Thyristor based solid state Controls & Power Circuit Design for DC/AC Motor Controls, DC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters, UPS, Battery Chargers, Frequency Converters, etc for high Power applications

- Design of Magnetics for Power conversion applications including inductors, Common Mode and differential chokes, Design of suitable filters for Noise mitigation

- Design/ Selection of Thermal Engineering parts, Calculation of Heat load & heat sink design for Power Electronics Applications

- Product compliance testing for Environmental and EMI/EMC as per MIL Standards

- Understanding Customer requirements/ RFP specifications and offering solutions with the available technology

- Proficiency in managing multiple projects related to design & development of Power Electronics based systems.

- Excellent analytical & inter-personal skills with proven ability in driving the project

- Hands-on knowledge and skills on any project related to defence domain will be an advantage
