SKILLS: Job Expectations :

1) Drive and enable Product & Process excellence projects through Lean Six sigma practices across the site that shall have significant business impact.

2) Should be able to baseline and provide site performance effectiveness and enable Early Warning Indicators on site performance on critical parameters in engineering and business.

3) Drive for balanced and synchronized report-out to enable data driven decisions in MOR and BPR / QSR (Monthly Reviews) in growth centres.

4) Standardization of processes and systems including QMS, Tools and Methodologies. Leverage and share best practices across SBG (Strategic Business Groups) in the sites.

5) Act as Change agent to improve the CMMI practices across the site and sustain it.

6) Bring synergy between Six Sigma, CMMI and OS ( Operating system) to achieve High maturity and sustain the same.

7) Enable site to achieve ISO Recertification and CMMI reassessment.

8) Own the on time Lean six sigma training and Certification requirements in growth centres. Increase the business impact by improving the GB projects effectiveness.

9) Bring in good practices through Benchmarking and Knowledge sharing forums in processes, technology and business transformations.

Skill Requirement :

1.At least 10 years of experience in Product development with exposure to process and product excellence through Lean six sigma, CMMI and OS. Six Sigma Black Belt certification is desired.

2.Possesses basic statistical knowledge and the ability to apply statistics to product and process improvement projects.

3.Has an understanding of the organization and its business processes. Exposure to ISO 9001/ 20K.

4.Has demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise influence without authority.

5.Should have the ability to lead others and facilitate projects from start to finish

6.Is regarded as objective, open-minded and an - out-of-the-box- thinker. Very good hands- on experience in data analysis for process performance monitoring, risk analysis and planning the corrective and preventive actions to optimize the performance.

7.Must be an innovative and integrative thinker quick to visualize solutions and generate ideas

8.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate to a variety of functional teams.

9.Self-motivated, able to work effectively with minimal oversight.

10.Team, Ability to work with team members across the site
