Role - Project Manager.
Experience - 15 to 25 Years.
Location - Kolkata, India.
Mode - WFO.
Salary - As per market standards.
Notice Period - Immediate to 60 Days.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee HSE management to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to facilitate project success.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and commercial aspects to meet objectives.
- Implement cost control measures and conduct risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle procurement and subcontract management to ensure timely delivery of project resources.
- Setting clear objectives for the project team including scope, schedule, productivity and budget targets. Keeping team members informed about project status and key performance indicators.
- Managing execution, coordination, and implements regular reviews/controls to track project progress
- Making independent decisions involving multiple, complex functions based on established guidelines, considering the cost, quality and schedule impact to the project.
- Lead and mentor a diverse engineering team, fostering collaboration and productivity.
- Ensure quality management across all project phases to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Provide technical leadership to the design and engineering group, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Utilize company management and knowledge systems, processes, and tools effectively.
- Assist team members in troubleshooting issues and provide solutions as needed.
Requirement :
- Degree in Engineering Discipline with at least 15+ years- of relevant experience in Project / Engineering Management
- Typically requires minimum 10 years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in technical, supervisory, or management roles, with a focus on project engineering management.
- Experience with E and EP projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management processes and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Proven exposure in leading a discipline design and engineering group.
