Role Description :

- The position is a sales and service role within an Intralogistics Warehouse Automation Solution Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective after-sales strategies for the sales and servicing of spare parts, system modifications, and upgrades, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), Service Maintenance Contracts (SMCs), and other related areas, in order to achieve revenue targets. 


- The ideal candidate must possess extensive knowledge of automated systems and provide business-oriented after-sales support to customers. 


- They will be required to translate departmental goals into individual goals, communicate expectations to team members, provide guidance, mentorship, and support (technical or emotional) to the team to achieve performance targets, and secure support from cross-functional teams when necessary.


- The incumbent will be expected to provide remote support to customers and travel to sites as and when required.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong competence and experience in PLC-controlled systems including programming and modifications.

- Drive Commissioning

- HMI & SCADA knowledge

- Spares Parts Selling

- Process Audit Field Devises Knowledge

Job Responsibilities

1 Formulate an After-sales strategy for Lifecycle support and implement the same through objectives (targets), policies, and initiatives to increase revenue & profitability for Addverb and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

2 To institutionalize a customer-centric approach in the organization

3 Pitching for all types of modifications and upgrades in an automated system

4 Negotiate, finalize, renew, and monitor contracts and orders with customers to ensure smooth operations of automation equipment deployed at the customer end. 5 Establish adequate systems and processes and monitor performance metrics to ensure a smooth handover from projects along with effectiveness and efficiency of aftersales operations at the site 6 Perform internal audits for all the support processes in the system 7 Maintain service tickets and record the complete cycle of the reported issue along with solutions provided.

Minimum Qualification- B Tech (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Instrumentation)

Years of Experience - Minimum 12-15 years
