ePacific Services - Operations Manager (5-10 yrs)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Understanding of project briefs from the Director and briefing the same to Operations Team Members.
- Execution ownership of projects.
- Responsible for co-ordination with the clients across for various shoots.
- Travel for shoots, whenever required.
- Ability to arrange equipment's on time if currently not available.
- Vendor management.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout the work.
- Speedy resolution of Client & CS queries to maximize Client satisfaction and Feedback Cost Estimation, planning & budgeting.
- Flexible and maintains effectiveness in a fast moving and/or changing environment and with varying tasks.
- Submission of report on existing / new vendors on the factors of Cost, Timelines, Quality of work
- Check vendor's bills and coordinate with accounts department for processing.
Follow up after the end of the shoot to check if the equipment's supplied are in a proper condition.
- Team management.
- The role will report to the Director.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations
- People with prior experience in a Production house would be preferred.
- Should have handled a team of at least 2 to 4 people.
- Should be Graduate.
