Job Description of Ericsson Integration Engineer : Responsible for e-RAN Integration, Carrier addition, RF measurements and Perform L1 troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform 4G NodeB, RBS 6000 Integration using the Base Station Integration Manager (BSIM), Bulk Configuration Management (BCM), and Advanced Managed Object Scripting (AMOS).
- Define S1 & X2 Transport network parameters
- Define Radio Network parameters
- Alarm Troubleshooting & Fault Management of Ericsson 4G eNode-B
- Assist field technician with call testing and troubleshooting.
Essential Qualification and Skills:
- Master or Bachelor's degree in EC, Telecommunication, or equivalent required with minimum 70% score.
- 2 or more years of experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with LTE network architecture and functionalities
- Familiar with OSS tools, Common Explorer & RBS Element Manager
- Familiar with License Key Feature (LKF) activation & Software upgrade procedures using Software Management Organizer (SMO) - WCDMA (W11B, W12B), LTE (L11B, L12A, L12B,L15B,L16A,L16B)"
- Familiar with Add Remove Network Element (ARNE) to add, modify and delete network objects from the topology in OSS-RC
- Familiar with Alarm Handling & Fault Management
- Ability to write Method of Procedures and Job Aides
- Good understanding of Ericsson WRAN interfaces, network topology, CPP Platform
- Good understanding of protocols such as S1, X2, S11, S5, S8, Gi, Gn and Uu interfaces
Working Conditions : Flexible to work long hours including weekends and be ready to work in night shift and irregular shifts if needed.
