Process Excellence :
- Process excellence is about process effectiveness and efficiency. It requires processes to be designed and improved for consistent delivery with very minimum variation and minimum waste. It is the domain of Six Sigma and Lean.
- To assure consistent process excellence and quality product delivery to the customers by developing and enforcing internal quality standards, driving process improvement, by validating processes, training employees, and conducting internal audits (including ISO) and checks.
- Expertise in Process Management Lifecycle - Plan Do Check Act.
- Process Controlling, Process Strategy, Process Documentation, Process Optimization, Process Implementation & Execution.
- Managing and constantly improving the idea management process. (ideation to design to implementation)
- Develop & Implement Engineering Review mechanism & Design Approval Process.
- Proven track record of re-designing processes & Implementation.
- Drive six sigma processes within various teams for continual improvement of processes and systems
- Devise processes & drive knowledge checks to capture knowledge gaps across CFT.
- Build training skill in the team and create a centre of excellence for Design & process
- Ensure documentation of quality management and SOPs.
- Quality background (Six Sigma/ Lean / Kaizen) with implementation experience.
- Lead ISO requirements and ensure organizational compliance.
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.
