Eruvaka Technologies - Technical Manager - Hardware (8-15 yrs)
Purpose of the Job :
Eruvaka Technologies serves the aquaculture industry by designing and building advanced feeding systems that utilize complex algorithms, IoT, and machine learning to precisely feed the shrimp. These systems help farmers to improve their profitability, protect the pond eco-systems by reducing feed usage, and provide the farmers with valuable insights. With customers in over 10 countries, we are expanding rapidly to deploy our systems across the world to achieve our mission of sustainable aquaculture. You will be part of the team that designs and builds IoT products for Aquaculture.
Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of hardware design engineers working on PCB design, schematics, and various electronic parts
- Plan and execute hardware development and releases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Product Management, Firmware, Mechanical Design, Operations, Sourcing and Quality at various phases of development from requirements to production and deployment.
- Implement and improve hardware design, development, and validation processes
- Collaborate with vendor/suppliers to develop custom solutions, identify alternate parts, and ensure timely and quality hardware production
- Hardware team building and skill development
Required Skills :
- Hands-on experience and working knowledge of circuit design and validation
- Experience in full life cycle of hardware development
- Requirement Analysis, Effort estimation and Project planning skills
- Inter-personal skills to work with cross functional teams
- Good oral and written communication skills
Desired Skills - Basic Understanding of IoT, Embedded Firmware
Experience - 8+ years of experience in relevant field.
Qualification - Bachelors or higher degree in field of Electrical, Electronics Engineering
