- Perform daily and weekly inspection to ensure smooth operations of Maintenance
- Train Technicians, Serviceman to carry out their duties..
- Delegate maintenance issues to appropriate personnel for effective resolution.
- Manage the process of disposal of worn-out / damaged machinery as well as the installation of new equipment.
- Plan and implement programs for effective maintenance operations.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure availability of required materials.
- Supervise the activity of Zone Managers to ensure they operations run smoothly.
- Maintain accurate record of Maintenance Operations and present during Weekly Review meet with the Management
