Essel Group - Circle Head - Supply Chain Management (10-15 yrs)
Key responsibilities:
- Managing Supply Chain functions involving, Strategic Planning, Vendor Management, Sourcing, Procurement, Material Planning, Administration, Liaison & Negotiations, for EPC projects
- Co-ordinating with vendors to analyze and reassure their supply capability and for better control on supply chain process.
- Implementing cost saving measures to achieve reduction in terms of raw materials, procurement and logistics costs.
- Controlling the logistics operations & providing valuable suggestions for efficiency enhancement.
Key Outcomes
- To deliver project requirements material and services with in Budget / AOP
- Establish Contract Governance and control
- Develop vendors to maintain Business Continuity
- Manage Cash flow to optimum requirements through better credit cycles.
Key Performance Indicators
- Budget vs Actual Spend
- Delivery as agreed schedule
- Number of new vendors developed
- Maintaining specified TAT
- Zero stock outs
