Estimation Engineer - Mechanical (3-12 yrs)
we have urgent requirement for position as Estimation Engineer.
Qualification:- B.E. Mechanical.
Experience:- more than 5 years of experience
Location:-Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.
Job Profile:
- Review of Client's Enquiry, Mechanical Datasheet & Drawings.
- Raw material estimation of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reactors etc.
- Costing of equipment.
- Preparation of Records of Raw material Prices from sub - vendors.
- Weight calculation of Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchangers as well as other equipments.
- Preparation of Indent for Procurement & close coordination with team throughout the development cycle.
- Also involved in technical discussions with clients.
- Key role in Business Development by visiting new clients.
- Maintain good relations with the old clients by visiting them in a regular interval of time to get the order of upcoming projects.
- Prepare material synopsis and raise purchase requisition with technical delivery condition as per ASME Section II A, client data sheet and Specifications. if any deviation in procurement raise Non conformance report
- Effective, efficient & cohesive interaction with field engineers, design & production unit to create positive perception.
- We Prefers candidates have experience from this company EIL, TOYO, Uhde, Jacobs H&G, L&T, RIL, Technique and other major consultants.
