Estimation Manger (7-10 yrs)
1. Develop and implement estimating procedures - Establish standardized procedures for estimating construction projects, encompassing HVAC, Cleanroom, Electricals, Utilities, and Process Machinery, to ensure consistency and accuracy across all projects.
2. Team management- Lead and manage a team of estimators, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize their performance and foster a collaborative working environment.
3. Review and approve estimates - Oversee the review and approval process for all estimates, ensuring they meet quality standards, are accurate, and align with client requirements
4. Cost monitoring - Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction process to identify deviations from budgetary targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. Risk management - Identify potential risks associated with construction projects and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and minimizing financial and operational impacts.
6. Technology integration - Stay abreast of advancements in estimating software and technologies, and integrate relevant tools into the estimation process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
