Estimation & Tendering Engineer - Boiler Business (8-15 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Prepare Offers and Estimates for fire-tube boilers based on customers - requirements and tender specifications.

- Review all documents and drawings and raise pre-bid queries to client for any discrepancy in tender documents.

- Attending client meetings to clarify techno-commercial queries during bidding and contract stage.

- Carry out Thermal Design calculations for fire-tube boilers.

- Select Burner, feed pump, safety valve, FD, ID fan & PA fan and respective motors.

- Design of Boiler pressure parts with suitable material according to the pressure and temperature as per prescribed standards

- Design of Heat exchangers like Economiser, Air pre heater & feed water Heater with suitable material according to the pressure and temperature.

- Material selection based on metal working temperature and Pipe sizing calculation and routing.

- Prepare Bill of Materials, Project budget costing and man-hour estimate for Erection and Commissioning.

- Preparation of complete Techno-Commercial offer consisting of Scope of supply, deviations, terminal points, exclusions and technical data sheet.

- Carrying out all necessary calculations for boilers.

Candidate Profile : BE / B.Tech with 8+ years of relevant experience.
