EV Drive Engineer - Motor Control Center (1-4 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience (good to have - Experience in EV segment)
2. Experience in conducting Design Validation Plan tests of Motor and Controller motor design parameters
3. Surface Permanent Magnets and Interior Permanent Magnets, Air gap between Stator and rotor, Different Magnet Grades, Stack Length, Lamination thickness of Stator-Rotor and their effect on Performance Characteristics.
4. Planning and testing performance of BL DC and Hub motor and consolidating and comparing test results
5. Scheduling and Consolidating Vehicle test results, consumption of Range test, Acceleration to reach top Speed.
6. Preparing system level Test Cases for Motor and Controller
7. Tuning of Field Oriented Controller parameters
