Executive Assistant (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- Act as the point of contact among employees and CEO
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives- calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses and prepare monthly or quarterly reports
- Oversee the performance of the staff
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
- Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
