Executive Assistant (1-2 yrs)
Description:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join Beyond as an Executive Assistant who can help us organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. Your role would be to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Location: India
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain team calendars, including scheduling travel and making appointments
- Manage company expenses and reimbursement claims
- Planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
- Assist the office manager in daily operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive assistant for a minimum 1 year is a must for this position
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Proficient in MS Office
