Executive Assistant (2-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Handle communications, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless interaction.
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage executives- calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics to optimize time and productivity.
- Meeting Scheduling: Arrange and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support including document preparation, expense management, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives. Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage it with discretion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in calendar management and meeting scheduling.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
