Executive Assistant (3-6 yrs)
Role : Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO/Founder
Responsibilities :
- Manage the CEO's office and calendar by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (team/clients/vendors).
- Prioritize tasks of the CEO and maintain his personal and professional schedules.
- Organize events, meetings, appointments, conferences (including virtual) and look after day-to-day deliverables.
Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written English for Email, Letter, and Video Calls, Phone communication. Gmail, Outlook
- Online Calendar Management (Google, Outlook, and 3rd Party Calendar Management tools)
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Google sheets, Good Pitch Decks Presentation Skills
Employment Type : Full Time
Working Days : Monday to Friday
Experience : Minimum 3 Years
