Executive Assistant - Administrative Support (3-6 yrs)

Scope of Work :
- Responsible For managing Founder's office, Calendar and Travel
- Being the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for the Founder's office
- Completely overlooking office operations including but not limited to IT support, Food & beverages and office hygiene
- Go to person for any support required of the other departments and ensuring a smooth collaboration among the team members
Reporting : Co-founder

- With the zeal to learn, owning things and consistent performance in the above role, the incumbent can move up the ladder as follows:
- Senior EA cum Admin - With Team reporting
- Managing multiple offices along with the Founder's (Chief of Staff, Chief Digital Officer etc)
- Become an Office Manager - Managing staff, overseeing finances and ensuring compliances
- Project Manager - Being part of event planning and taking a plunge in Project Management, one can also advance their career in the field.
