Role:
- We are looking for an Executive/Strategic Assistant to perform a variety of operational and administrative tasks and support our Co-founder
- Executive/ Strategic Assistant's responsibilities include collaborating with multiple Indian and international stakeholders managing projects, calendars, travel arrangements, etc.,.
- To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, excellent communication skills, adept at documentation and presentation, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
- Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact among different stakeholders, employees, clients and other external partners
- Work closely with the CoFounder on strategic & operational initiatives and monitoring compliance requirements.
- Keep a track of internal and external communication - emails, presentations, reports, data etc
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage Co-Founders calendar and set up meetings accordingly
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Track expenses and prepare monthly or quarterly reports as and when required
- Take minutes during meetings and monitor on deliverables
- Follow up and check status of the project on behalf of the cofounder
- Assist the Founders with the content creation in presentations/ documentation etc as and when needed
Required Skill Set:
- 3 to 10 years of work experience as a Strategic partner, Project Assistant, or in a similar role
- Experience in managing international stakeholders (European/US preferably) is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Should be open to travel, well groomed or presentable at work
- Excellent MS Office knowledge, advanced knowledge of powerpoint is highly desirable
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars, Slack, Asana)
