Executive Assistant - FMCG (3-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- With a primary responsibility of shadowing and supporting the GDs, provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure GDs- priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved and best practices are upheld
- Maintain professionalism/ discretion and strict confidentiality with all materials, systems and operations at all times
- Add value by bringing in new and positive but aggressive policies instead of getting accustomed to the ways used
- Manage and analyse reports, software and management systems to recommend the way forward to the teams on behalf of the GDs; manage of content and flow of information to senior executives
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support the highest-ranking executives company-wide, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow
- Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
- Actively enhance social media presence and publicist activities
- Coordinate and manage scheduling and extensive calendars including agendas, mail, email, calls
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite
- Manage, coordinate and arrange travel (and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, activity planning and meal coordination), client management, and other company logistics
- Be willing and eager to do all professional and personal works/errands as requested by the GDs
