Executive Assistant - Founder's Office (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- Support the preparation of materials for board meetings and investor presentations, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Act as a bridge between the Founder/CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing requests, maintaining communication channels, and ensuring timely responses
- Drive and manage special projects on behalf of the Founder/CEO, including planning, coordination, progress monitoring, and effective communication.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Maintain utmost confidentiality in handling sensitive company and Founder/CEO information
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, finance, Business, or a related discipline)
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, working closely with C-level executives or founders in a high-growth technology or SaaS company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Curiosity, self-motivation, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
