Role & Responsibilities
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Communication Management: Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal / external stakeholders. Facilitate clear and timely communication on behalf of the executive team
Deliver excellence in all foundational EA tasks - calendar management, email management, travel, expenses, and administration
Partner with your leader to manage their time and ensure they're well-prepped for all meetings
Bring teams together and be a common thread and connection point within a global team across geographies
Ideal Candidate
Minimum 6+ work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant to Founders / CXOs, or similar role
Excellent understanding and usage of Google workspace, internal communication platforms - mobile and web apps, and their management
Mandatory experience - Minimum 6+ YOE as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant to Founders/CXOs, or in a similar role.
Mandatory experience - Proficiency in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for senior executives.
Mandatory experience - Must have experience with internal communication drafting. Excellent communication management skills, serving as a primary point of contact between executives and internal / external stakeholders.
Preferred experience- Experience with International Stakeholders / across different time-zones
Mandatory Core Skills- Demonstrated success in delivering excellence in foundational EA tasks such as calendar management, email management, travel coordination, expenses, and general administration.
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Initiative: Proactive mind set with the ability to anticipate needs and take independent action when required
Meeting Coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate high-level meetings, ensuring all logistics are seamlessly executed. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a diverse range of responsibilities
