Executive Assistant - PMS Back office Operations (3-4 yrs)
Executive - PMS Back office Operations
Qualification: Commerce Graduate / Other
Experience: 3-4 years
Preferred skills: Proficient at MS-Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Miles Software and Tally. Good communication and drafting skills. Earlier work experience with a portfolio management services firm will be an added advantage. This job requires someone with intelligence and enthusiasm to multitask.
Role & Responsibilities:
Accounts -
1) Daily Processing Activities
(Update market price, uploading Trade file, corporate action process, EOD, NAV)
2) Daily Snapshot Report and Summary Report for Management
3) Daily Bank Reconciliation
4) Daily Stock Reconciliation
5) Reviewing Custody Bill and performing client wise allocation
6) Posting Accounting entries in Miles
7) Reviewing PMS Fees calculations
8) Co-ordinating with Money ware Team for queries/training
Customer Service -
1) Replying to queries from prospective/existing clients
2) Preparation of Account Opening Kits for new clients
3) Co-ordination with Clients/Bank/Custody Team for Account Opening Process
Compliance -
1) Reviewing Quarter End Reports
2) Preparation of schedules for Auditors and necessary co-ordination/ follow-up
3) Preparation of reports and adhering to timelines prescribed by SEBI
