Executive Assistant/Secretary (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- 1-2 Years of Experience in Personal Assistant at senior management level.
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Director to ensure the smooth management.
- Maintain Director's office systems, including data management and filing.
- Manage Director's travel arrangements and records of Director's contacts.
- Manage arrangements for Review meetings and responsible for day-to-day Official activities of Director.
- Prioritize all Trust incoming/outgoing mail and any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.
- Ability to organise and plan day-to-day works on own initiative.
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent TALLY skills, including a working knowledge of Tally Software, Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
