Executive Assistant to Chief Executive (5-8 yrs)
Summary: Assisting the chief executive in formulation of various strategic initiatives, analysis & performance monitoring of the business
Location: Belo - Horizonte (Brazil)
Reports to: Chief Executive (SAE Brazil)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing the performance of the SBU, focusing on business profitability and cash flow & business progress, and reporting the same to the relevant stakeholders
- Planning, monitoring & budgeting, monthly and quarterly business reviews, policy amendments and articulating strategy for future business decisions
- To work closely on feasibility studies, capacity expansion, restructuring by understanding business scenario & objectives
Presenting Business plans & strategy to the leadership teams, management committee & the Board members
- Review and analysis of monthly performance of business unit.
- Tracking competitor performance and benchmarking with peer companies / Competitor Analysis
- Interact with key stakeholders and map the industry
- Undertake Cost Benefit analysis and identify strategic markets
- Track the macro-economic environment & views on the Indian economy and specifically various sub-sectors of Infrastructure Sector in India through Research reports
Desired Qualification: BE/B.Tech (preferred) + MBA (Finance & Strategy)
Experience Required: 5-8 Years
Desired Skills: Excellent financial analysis ability, Excellent Communication skills, Strong Business Orientation, Business Research
