Executive Assistant to Director (6-15 yrs)
- Gender & Age: male candidate proffered , below 40 years of age.
- Experience : Minimum 6 + years of experience in business support & business Strategy development.
Education : Any master degree. M.com/MBA (Finance) preferred.
Skills : Must have good knowledge in advance Excel, Power point, Google tools and good communication skills.
Role : Assist the Director in all strategic matters of the organization, including financial decisions/HR and administrative policy decisions etc.
- Direct all administrative and operative activities for the Senior Management Personnel and ensure the timely completion of initiatives.
- Manage the schedule, own action-item tracking, and follow through to resolution.
- Maintain accurate confidential files and data records.
- Assist in the preparation of effective communication material for internal and external stakeholders in different contexts.
- Prep for, set up, and support management meetings.
- Identify, prioritize, and surface topics and issues that require attention along with suggestions for mitigation or resolution.
- Schedule and keep track of meetings, take care of requirements related to the meetings i.e proper invites, conference rooms, conference equipment & Agendas.
- Handling mailbox, proactively reading, filtering, and action mail.
- Effectively and efficiently handling verbal & written communication.
- Coordinate weekly, fortnightly, and monthly Management reports on time.
- Handling all approvals on Unit Heads' behalf i.e. travel & expense, IT & procurement related as per the policies laid by the organization.
