Executive Assistant To Director - IT (2-7 yrs)
Responsible for maintaining calendar, meetings, schedules, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare documents and follow up on agreed timeline.
- Follow up with department heads on various tasks assigned.
- Create regular reports and update internal databases.
- Facilitate internal communication.
- Develop and maintain an effective network and cooperative relationship with internal and external partners & clients.
- Screen and direct phone calls.
Qualifications : -
- Strong working knowledge of MS office suit
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Graduate with a minimum of 2+years of experience as an Executive Assistant to Director or Senior Management, preferably with an IT organization.
- Solid experience with office management systems
- Familiarity with online calendars
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
