Executive Assistant To Managing Director (4-9 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Answer, screen and direct calls and distribute correspondence and emails
2. Strong presentation skills and ready to travel globally
3. Act as the one point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
4. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
5. Manage executive calendar and set up meetings
6. Coordinate with travel coordinator for booking of tickets, hotel reservations, visa processing, documentation etc for CEO's travel arrangements
7. Organize and maintain the office filing system
8. Giving presentation
Requirements :
1. Work experience as an EA or similar role with minimum 5-7 year's experience
2. Excellent MS office knowledge
3. Aggressive to work
4. Familiarity with office gadgets and application
5. Excellent verbal and written communication in English
6. Passion to work with sister concern and startups
7. Proactive, responsive and good communications skills
8. Strong willingness to learn sincerely
9. Discretion and confidentiality
10. Preferably hotel industry or airlines background
11. Ready to travel
