Executive Assistant to MD& CEO - Healthcare (4-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Business & Administrative Support:
1.Completes a broad variety of business & administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing a very active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; Minutes of Meetings; composing and preparing correspondence that is often confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, daily lunch/high tea arrangements and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
2. Lead inter-vertical projects / tasks as needed to logical conclusion.
3. Host / Chair meetings, conferences & ensure follow ups on actions & deliverables of all stakeholders involved.
4. Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office.
5. Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with the other stakeholders on matters related to daily operational activities
Qualifications Required :
1. Work experience as a Personal Assistant or a similar role
2. Should be open to travel if required
3. Outstanding organizational and time management skills
4. Discretion & confidentiality
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
