Job Title: Billing and Logistics Support Executive

Experience: 1 to 3 years
Industry: Chemical wholesaler
Key Skills & Requirements:
1.Experience in using Spectrum Business Management ERP Software.
2.Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, purchase entries, and taxation rules.
3.Proficiency in E-Invoicing and E-Way Bill generation.
4.Hands-on experience with Google Sheets and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
5.Excellent email communication skills with a professional approach.
6.Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage documentation accurately.
7.Prior experience in billing, accounts, or logistics support is preferred.
8.Prior experience in the Chemical Trading Industry is preferred.
9.Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams.
