Executive - Electrical Engineering - Maintenance Services (6-11 yrs)

Objective :


- Plan, Organise, coordinate and monitor Electrical & Instrumentation activities in plant to achieve maximum availability of plant at optimum cost & monitor implementation of electrical maintenance related works within the time schedule & budgeted cost to meet the desired improvements. 


- Well versed in maintenance of 132 KV, Switch Yard, Utilities, cryogenic plant and regenerative type of furnace. 


- Good exposure to working with Diesel Generator sets of 2.5 MW and above. Conversant with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC's 


- Set up, trouble-shooting, logic modifications, networking and communication, SCADA systems, AC and DC drive sizing, configuration. Conversant with understanding on Process Instrumentation, Emission systems & controls.

Job Requirement :

1. Organize and monitor implementation activities for optimum plant availability of all equipment and machineries for Sand Plant, Float glass, Mirror Line & Sputter Coater to meet the targeted production and satisfaction of internal customers.

2. Plan, monitor & control the cost (spare, inventory, repairs & manpower) of electrical & Instrumentation maintenance and optimize maintenance costs within the budget.

3. Organize, coordinate & monitor execution & commissioning of small projects and major modifications works in time to achieve targeted results.

4. Identify, coordinate & monitor implementation of improvements, small projects in order to improve the availability and reduce cost of maintenance.

Principal accountabilities :

1. Organize and monitor implementation activities for optimum availability of plant

2. Plan monitor & control cost (spare, inventory, repair & manpower) of electrical & Instrumentation maintenance activities in department to optimize cost.

3. Organize & monitor implementation of standards set by the regulatory authorities under various acts like Safety, pollution, radiation, weights & measurements, communication sustains to fulfil statutory requirements.

4. Plan, suggest and implement new projects and improvement initiatives as per management plan.

5. Build & sustain a conducive work culture by effective management of people to improve productivity, growth and motivation levels of employees to institutionalize best organizing practices in the unit

6. Conversant with Quality management systems

Experience & Qualifications : Full time Bachelor in Engineering degree holder in Electrical Engineering from premier College.

1. The candidate should have 8 - 10 years of experience in any manufacturing organisation of repute with at-least 3 years independently handling Electrical Department.

2. Should be a go-getter with excellent communication and influencing skills
