Executive - Healthcare Operations (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Prepare service quality improvement plan, analyze service reports, monitor performance and take proactive corrective actions in order to improve service levels
- Handle temperature controlled shipment of the major customers of the company
- Follow up with Airlines and agent on prior for 100% uplifting for temperature controlled shipment
- Arrange Reverse pick up from all India for the project
- Follow up with destination team for on time delivery
- Follow FTL movement ( Refrigerator vehicles) within all over India and arrange delivery on time with in required temperature
- Upload all the POD & DRS copy in system for better record etc
Salary:INR 3,50,000 - 4,25,000 P.A.
