Job Description:

- Ensure daily IE specific activities are effectively carried out across lines handled (Product/machine familiarization, operation sequence (LD), OCT, method study, work place engineering, IE reports etc)(Adherence to Line design, line balancing in case of operator absenteeism, update skill matrix, cross check TCR, line design revisions if any)

- Across lines handled, based on line plan and reference to line design, ensure all required tools are in house prior to style change over

(Special machines, folders, presser foots, guides, attachments, work aids etc)

- Foresee and trouble shoot bottlenecks, record operation cycle time (OCT)

- Suggest and implement method/process simplification to solve bottlenecks and achieve specified target
