AIR COURIER:

- Pre-filling

- Conforming the checklist

- Providing relevant documents to couriers and CHA for clearance ( Invoice, PO if required, CHIMS if the shipment contains more than 10 line items, Technical write ups if required clarifications letter if asked by customer )

- Monitor Shipments from door to door

- Taking advantages of MEIS License by using against BCD'S and maintain MEIS report

- Expediting shipment Post Payments for in time delivery of goods

SEA & AIR CARGO:

- Taking quotes from Forwarder

- Nomination to best quotes & Services.

- Connecting shipper with Forwarder at origin

- Confirmation of booking

- Follow up for billing of lading & AWB

- Follow up for vessel Schedule & Flight Schedule

- Notifying our CHA once CAN received for pre-filling

- Follow up for De-stuffing and Bangalore Movement

- Follow up for IGM details to make Duty payments

- Follow up for delivery of goods by our CHA

Qualifications:

- Education level: Any degree with the knowledge of electronics components

- Experience: 1 to 3 years- Experience in Logistics Department.

Specific skills:

- Good interpersonal and communications skill.

- Able to work well across disciplines and departments

- Self-Motivated and able to work autonomously
