Executive - Material Planning (3-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Collect and maintain sales rolling forecast from Sales, Marketing according to group's rule and schedule;
- Improve forecast accuracy through SKU segmentation, with specific forecasting approach by segment and focus on right priorities.
- Identify and communicate approved short term demand changes;
- Drive across a demand based planning with high service level and controlled inventory level
- Establish standard approach and process for accurate integration of promotional intelligence to statistical forecast. Set up collaboration process with involved teams;
- Review historical sales trends, research different demand drivers and assumptions, define statistical forecast models;
- Analyze sales forecast accuracy with root causes and plan appropriate actions;
- Own and Organize monthly S&OP meeting with management team;
- In charge of production and capacity plan, including detail production schedule, capacity analysis, short/long term plan, and resources optimization.
- Be responsible for the materials requirement plan, work out and release the materials purchasing orders to purchasing team.
- Work with purchasing team and suppliers to ensure the materials delivery OTIF.
- Manage the KPIs, including sales forecast accuracy, finished goods stock days, obsolete inventory and inefficiency %, work with related teams to improve them continuously.
Salary : INR 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A.
