Executive - Operation (2-10 yrs)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support and execute daily manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment via SCADA systems, ensuring production processes meet quality and safety standards, and providing valuable operational feedback to optimize performance. This role requires hands-on experience with manufacturing protocols, a commitment to safety, and the ability to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute manufacturing processes using designated production equipment and SCADA systems.
2. Interpret and follow bill of materials/formula specifications for accurate sequencing and material handling.
3. Manufacture products safely and timely in compliance with process instructions and quality standards.
4. Maintain clean, precise operational records and logs for production data, quality checks, and raw material usage.
5. Perform and document all required quality tests to verify product integrity.
6. Identify, report, and support improvements in processes to boost production efficiency and reduce downtime.
7. Oversee the preparation of product packaging for internal processing or final customer shipment.
8. Ensure cleanliness, operation, and maintenance of laboratory instruments and production equipment.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health & Environment) compliance.
10. Follow emergency preparedness protocols and actively contribute to a clean and safe work environment.
11. Adhere to the Corporate Sustainability Policy and Integrated Management System (IMS).
12. Perform additional duties as required by the Plant Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven industrial or manufacturing experience (preferably in chemical, continuous processing, or cement industries).
2. Basic knowledge of chemistry and quality control procedures.
3. Familiarity with SCADA systems, lab instruments, and manufacturing SOPs.
4. Strong problem-solving and communication skills- both oral and written.
5. Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
6. Comfortable working in indoor and occasional outdoor environments (exposure to heat, dust, noise).
7. Good command of local language; basic computer skills are a plus.
