Executive - Procurement (3-6 yrs)
- Identify business requirements for goods, materials, and services.
- Find reliable suppliers to meet these requirements.
- Negotiate prices, quality, and delivery terms.
- Set up the order quantities and make bid requests on supply contracts.
- Coordinate delivery and storage operations.
- Manage budgets based on payments.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
- Determine the supply needs of the organization, helping in researching potential suppliers for products and service providers based on requirements or needs.
- Researching and documenting features and benefits of products and services for strategic decisions concerning procurement.
- Documenting processes and generating monthly supply cost reports helps in strategic procurement decisions.
- Follow the laid down processes and track the level of appropriate approvals for requirements.
- Preparation MIS reports and sharing required dataset to senior management.
Validating Documents - Checks all documents from the regional offices to ensure that there are no errors.
- Process Adherence & Complies with company defined guidelines and processes.
- Adheres to project timelines and hands on process improvement.
- Have experience of 3 to 4 years of business Procurement department/Supply chain management or other relevant experience.
- Have a master's degree or higher or professional certifications in Supply chain management/Others applicable.
- Have analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, presentation skills and Stakeholder Management Skills.
