Executive - Procurement (4-12 yrs)
Sourcing and Vendor Management:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for marine project materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements.
Request for Quotation (RFQ) Management:
- Prepare comprehensive RFQ documents for marine project materials and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define technical specifications and requirements.
Supplier Evaluation and Selection:
- Assess supplier capabilities, including quality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
Cost Negotiation and Budget Management:
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to achieve cost savings while maintaining product/service quality.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and manage procurement budgets.
Supply Chain Coordination:
- Work closely with the Supply Chain Management team to optimize logistics, reduce lead times, and improve overall efficiency in the procurement process.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records.
- Generate regular reports on procurement activities, including cost savings, supplier performance, and compliance.
