Requirement :

Qualification : MBA in Material Management/Operations, Supply Chain/Graduate

Location : Delhi Office, Saket

Reporting : Manager Procurement

Communication : Good

- MS Office - Excel Must

- Software - ERP Navision, SAP, WMS

Job Role :

- Knowledge of procurement strategy (related manufacturing like Maintenance, Packing, Consumable, Raw Materials, Utility items, Chemicals and all types of breakdown spares) for procurement and establishing methods to achieve targets and resource planning

- Knowledge of Co-packing work for Juice, Drink, Tetra Pak Products, water and relevant products

- Knowledge of preparation the Annual/Monthly purchase report on Excel, Word and Navison software.

- Knowledge of Delhi hardware market like - Chawari Bazar, Sadar Bazar and Chandni Chowk and related market work .

- Knowledge of road and air transport for domestic market

- Knowledge for wide spectrum of tasks including purchasing activities like finding & analysing best possible sources, obtaining quotations, cost analysis, negotiation, price finalization, releasing Purchase Order, completion of supply chain -in-ward logistics.

- Knowledge for monitoring on time delivery of material based on delivery schedule as per PO Order and meeting quality specifications.

- Vendor Development with cost effective for procurement with an aim of reducing cost while improving quality & reliability.

- Knowledge of Maintain the min/max inventory level stock.

- Knowledge of ERP Navision Microsoft.
