We are looking for a Procurement / Purchase Executive for one of our clients based out at Bangalore ( Electronic City)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Sourcing and Purchasing :

You will work with a partner with an attributed or qualified supplier business.

You will have, in a search of multi-skills, to quote, negotiate, analysis (Prices Comparison) and supply of the material, components or finished goods in the aerospace business.

You will have to search the best estimate, the best offers but also to negotiate as best as you can in the way of stock reduction goals.

- Procurement and On Time Delivery :

In your procurement missions, you will be in charge to select qualified suppliers and insure the conformity between customers- requirements and components selected as per the BOM given by the design department or the customers.

By using ERP tools :

You will be in charge of PO process and tracking the PO.

You will be responsible for customs clearance follow in time.

You will insure updated data relating the procurement business.

You will be responsible for the performance of service rate of your suppliers according to goals settled.

You will guarantee the components on time to your internal customer (workshops).

You will have to negotiate delivery dates, follow and remind your orders business, analyze monthly performance rates of your suppliers and set up improvement actions if necessary.

You will manage litigation with quality department to insure company rights.

You will be responsible for EOU applicable procedure. (Import register maintaining, import bonding and intimation and Etc.,)

- Inventories and Optimization :

You will be involved in the project of inventories optimization, associated with procurement plan, stock turn over, obsolescence costs, Suppliers OTD, MOQ negotiation.

You will be associated to projects relating stock reduction and production cycle reduction.

- Diverses Missions : Continuous Improvement :

You will be associated to the supplier quality balance to define necessary form action plans.

You will be a support for the supply chain team in case of peak workload.
